The Chinese Brand Overseas Promotion Project has made its sixth appearance at ATSC since 2018, focusing on the “Power of Chinese Brands.” The goal is to further enhance the international influence of Chinese brands and support their global expansion. The “Brand China” exhibition area has garnered significant attention, occupying prime locations and showcasing eight high-quality Chinese apparel and textile brands specifically tailored to the Canadian market. These brands include renowned sportswear labels Aparso, Peak, Challenge Wolves; fashion brand Esir; fabric brands Sunshinetex, Siris, Mizuda; and supply chain management brand GTGH.

In an interview with the media, Luo Weidong, the Chinese Consul General in Toronto, stated that China’s textile and apparel industry has made remarkable achievements in recent years, with many internationally renowned brands being manufactured in China. He expressed confidence in the “going global” strategy for Chinese textiles, noting that their quality has gained global recognition. Luo emphasized that in the face of intense competition in the North American market, Chinese textile enterprises should focus more on brand promotion and apparel design, aligning with the highest international standards to further expand their market share. The participating brands highly value this opportunity to showcase their latest products in Canada, demonstrating the full industrial chain development strength of Chinese apparel and textile brands. The highly internationalized PEAK brand will present its new series of shoes and apparel products, while the Challenge Wolves brand, known for its expertise in clothing manufacturing, will showcase its cotton jackets, hoodies, windbreakers, and polo shirts. Sunshinetex will display fabrics with multiple advantageous features, such as hunting gear, ski wear, and safety protective workwear.

The Canadian Apparel Textile Sourcing Expo is the only professional international textile and apparel exhibition in Canada and is the preferred trade show for professionals in the Canadian industry. Operated by an international team from China, the U.S., and Canada, the expo has successfully held eight editions, building a strong reputation in the North American industry. After years of development, the expo has gradually grown into a well-known textile and apparel exhibition in Canada with a high degree of internationalization and significant influence.
