TasteofYunnan The Yunnan-Vietnam Railway was officially opened in 1910, and the whistle of the meter gauge train sounded the horn for Yunnan to move towards modern society.

The station looks as it used to be. Its rail seems to be paralleling with the time. Transformative changes have taken place in Kunming today making hustle and bustle a usual thing. In Tongren Street, where cultural and commercial traditions are mingled with French style elements, a cup of Vietnamese coffee emitting a distant aroma that originated from the past.
